We had an old grain bin in our backyard.
Over the past 10 years a lot of ideas came and went about how we should use it - a ‘Bin & Breakfast’? A playhouse? Storage? A she-shed? When I started my photography business my husband suggested we turn it into a photo studio.
And the rest is history.
The Studio Bin
Directions to my Studio:
Only about 15 minutes from Sioux City, IA or Siouxland area - the address of my house is 1897 M Ave, Hubbard, NE - and the studio has a separate entrance in my backyard. Just in case Google decides to send you into the middle of a cornfield (it’s happened!).. when you get to Hubbard go north on M Avenue 1/2 mile and our house is the white one with red barn in the middle of the Y in the road. To get to the studio take the right side of the Y (sign will say dead end) and you will see the grain bin where my studio is as well as a small parking lot to turn into on the left. I don’t have a bathroom inside the studio, so plan for that but my house will be available if needed. :)
